Casa da Avenida Lisboa
We just returned from our Easter holiday in Lisbon with two families and four kids, and honestly, it couldn’t have been better. The apartment was perfectly functional and warmly welcoming, with all the comforts we needed. Host Margarida even went the extra mile by providing plastic dishes, cups, and cutlery for the little ones—such a thoughtful touch! Luisa was incredibly kind and accommodating—she waited for us despite our delayed flight and gave us helpful tips about the area. They also provided two baby cots and two high chairs for our youngest, which made life so much easier. The metro station is just 50 meters away—super convenient for getting around the city. The only minor downside is the lack of an elevator, but since we left the strollers in the building’s ground-floor lobby, it wasn’t an issue at all. There’s a supermarket right downstairs—so handy for grabbing snacks or essentials. Overall, this place is perfect for families, super well-located, and offers amazing value. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you!

With great value for money and a lively atmosphere, this place is a top pick if you want a stress-free stay in Lisbon.

The room was perfect for a solo traveler—spacious yet cozy, with just the right amount of space. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. While breakfast wasn’t overly varied, it was still decent. What truly stood out was the rooftop terrace—breathtaking views that made every evening unforgettable. Sipping on a complimentary cherry cocktail or juice up there after a long day in the city completely reset my mood. Plus, the hotel is directly next to the metro station, so getting around Lisbon was super convenient. It’s rare to find such a great combination of comfort, location, and little extras like the free drink. This place exceeded my expectations—definitely coming back.
Sant Jordi Hostels Lisbon
The hostel is located on a hill, but getting there is actually very convenient. Once you exit the Intendente Metro station, head to the Igreja Anjos bus stop across the street. Take bus 734 or 17B, or hop on tram 28 or 28E—just a short ride to the closest stop. The 17B bus even drops you right opposite Sant Jordi Hostels, so you’re just a quick walk away. Easy access, great location, and super convenient for exploring Lisbon. Definitely worth it!

Staying at Hotel Roma in Lisbon was a real highlight of our trip. Even though it’s not a luxury hotel, its location and practicality make it perfect for solo travelers and families alike. The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning that kept things cool and pleasant. Daily housekeeping ensured the space remained fresh and clean throughout our stay. Breakfast was included—standard but satisfying. We had a good variety: hot options like scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, and beans, plus mushrooms on one morning. Bread selections, croissants, muffins, cheeses, yogurt, fruits, and cereals were all available. Having breakfast around 10 AM filled us up well, so we rarely felt the need to eat lunch out. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful—when we asked for an iron, they delivered it right away without any hassle. There was a small safe in the room for valuables, and ample storage space for clothes and luggage. The bathroom was a standout: plenty of counter space and even a clothesline across the tub—perfect for drying shirts or socks while traveling. The hotel sits across from a small soccer field, so we enjoyed watching local games from our balcony—a charming little touch. While the property is just 10 minutes from the airport, noise from planes was barely noticeable. One minor issue: two main elevators were out of service during our stay, but since we were on the second floor, taking the stairs wasn’t a problem—and other elevators were still working. For guests who prefer staying in, the hotel’s restaurant and bar offer a solid range of dishes. But if you’re up for exploring, just a short walk away there’s a fantastic Turkish restaurant with a 10-page menu—I highly recommend trying it.

Just a 10-minute walk from the airport, it’s incredibly convenient—no need to stress about transportation or timing. What really stood out was the breakfast service, which starts as early as 2:00 AM and runs until 11:00 AM—way earlier than most hotels that begin at 6:30 AM. This made grabbing a quick bite before an early flight super easy. The breakfast spread was generous and tasty, with a good variety of options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. For travelers needing convenience and a head start in the morning, this is a top choice. Highly recommended!

The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect—it’s literally right between Sagrada Família and Casa Milà, just a 2-minute walk to the iconic basilica. The apartment itself comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a washer-dryer combo right in the room—huge plus for longer stays. It made cooking and laundry so stress-free.
