Vila Garden Guesthouse
I was genuinely blown away by the experience at Vila Garden Guesthouse. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome made us feel right at home. The property is beautifully situated—serene and peaceful, yet just a short walk from Lisbon's vibrant city center. We loved how convenient it was to explore on foot or hop on the metro nearby. The room was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed—especially the cozy bed that made for an excellent night’s sleep. Small touches like complimentary coffee and tea were a lovely surprise. The quiet neighborhood meant restful nights, with only distant church bells breaking the stillness. It truly captured the charm of old Lisbon. I’d highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for comfort, authenticity, and a little slice of European tranquility.
Sant Jordi Hostels Lisbon
The hostel is located on a hill, but getting there is actually very convenient. Once you exit the Intendente Metro station, head to the Igreja Anjos bus stop across the street. Take bus 734 or 17B, or hop on tram 28 or 28E—just a short ride to the closest stop. The 17B bus even drops you right opposite Sant Jordi Hostels, so you’re just a quick walk away. Easy access, great location, and super convenient for exploring Lisbon. Definitely worth it!

This has been my third visit to Lisbon, and without a doubt, Be Lisbon Hostel Intendente is still my top pick. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the main attractions and right next to the metro station, making it super easy to explore the city. The dorm rooms are clean, well-organized, and offer great value for money. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to share local tips or organize fun activities. I especially appreciate the free city guides and the welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Whether you're traveling solo or with friends, this hostel delivers an authentic and memorable stay. I’ll definitely be back—highly recommend!

Overall, the stay was smooth, comfortable, and highly recommended for travelers looking for a practical yet cozy base in Lisbon.

Lisbon Airport Suites
Our stay at Lisbon Airport Suites was absolutely fantastic. We were worried about the late flight and missed our scheduled shuttle, but once we reached out, Paula went above and beyond by driving back to pick us up—truly exceptional service. The hotel is just a 5-minute drive from the airport, making arrival and departure super convenient. The room was small but spotlessly clean and well-equipped, perfect for a short stopover. Since we stayed two nights and I have difficulty with stairs, Paula and her colleague Arturo kindly arranged a ground-floor room for our second night—so thoughtful and appreciated. Early morning departure meant leaving at 5 a.m., and when we opened the door, there was a pre-packed breakfast waiting—such a sweet surprise! Arturo was an incredible resource—he shared detailed insights on getting around the city. His suggestion to rent a tuk-tuk for a quick tour of the city center turned out to be one of the best tips ever. With only one day in Lisbon, we managed to see both the old and new parts of the city efficiently. From the warm welcome to the personalized attention, every detail made this experience unforgettable. We’re already planning to come back.

This self-check-in property offers a wonderfully warm welcome, thanks to Maria, the manager—undoubtedly one of the most welcoming hosts I’ve encountered in Lisbon. From booking confirmation through check-out, her communication was clear, prompt, and thorough. She provided detailed instructions for accessing the property, navigating to the room, and checking in—no confusion at all. What stood out most was her attention to detail: she’s responsive, helpful, and always quick to answer any questions. The location is peaceful yet central, nestled within the bustling city without the noise. Walking into the house felt instantly calming—the space is thoughtfully designed, inviting, and even greeted me with a pleasant scent as I opened the door. One small note: a 30€ cleaning fee is required separately during booking, which could be improved upon. But overall, Palacio Sant'Anna truly makes you feel at home away from home. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.
