The room is compact but spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent—plenty of fresh bread, eggs, fruits, and drinks to choose from. One thing to note: like most European hotels, they don’t provide toothbrushes or slippers, so pack your own. Despite that small detail, the value for money is solid, and I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Lisbon.

A few small suggestions: the bathroom partition design isn’t ideal—water tends to splash all over during showers. Also, while the walls and glass have great soundproofing, the door itself doesn’t seal well, so hallway noise can be heard. Despite those minor points, this hotel offers outstanding value and convenience. Highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort and location without breaking the bank.

My stay at Good Time Airport in Lisbon was extremely distressing and unsafe. Upon check-in, I discovered the advertised Wi-Fi was completely non-functional. I immediately reported it to Sofia, the property owner, who promised a fix within hours. After waiting a full day with no resolution, I was unexpectedly told I had to leave. Later, neighbors revealed the Wi-Fi had been down for at least two days prior to my arrival—and Sofia knew about it but chose not to inform me. Things escalated rapidly: she called me repeatedly, shouting demands for my immigration details to report me to authorities. She sent multiple people to bang on my door, pressuring me to leave immediately. I felt genuinely threatened and frightened. Under immense stress, I left within 15 minutes and still haven’t received the refund she promised. This wasn’t just poor service—it was hostile, unprofessional, and deeply unsettling. I will be filing a formal complaint with Portuguese authorities. I strongly advise against staying here—no guest should ever be treated this way.
