Absolutely loved this stay! The hotel is just a 10-minute Uber ride from the airport and only a 10 to 15-minute walk from Oriente Station—perfect for easy access. There’s a large supermarket nearby, so grocery shopping and cooking your own meals is super convenient. The property features both indoor and outdoor pools, and on arrival, we were greeted with delicious mini macarons and homemade muesli from a cheerful staff member who smiled throughout. The apartment-style rooms are well-equipped with a toaster, capsule coffee machine, washing machine, and even cookware including a stovetop (induction or halogen—I’m not sure which). We picked up some groceries and cooked simple meals, which was such a nice change from eating out every night. Breakfast was similar in variety to other hotels we’ve stayed at, but it was tasty and satisfying. This trip with my husband was a long-distance getaway, and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions we made. With its excellent service, thoughtful touches, and great value, I’d definitely book again—no matter where this brand is located.

One thing to note: like most European hotels, they don’t provide toothbrushes or slippers, so pack your own. The stay was somewhat disappointing, especially regarding cleanliness and guest support. We encountered a key issue around 10 PM and reached out for assistance, but were told the staff couldn’t help because they were too far away and there was no on-site reception. That’s unacceptable for travelers, especially in the middle of the night. There should definitely be a spare key available at any time for tourists. Even after calling again 30 minutes later to inform them we’d managed to sort it out ourselves, no one came to assist. It felt like we were left on our own. That lack of support really dampened the experience. On the bright side, the location is great—close to public transport, convenient parking, and the pool area is pleasant and well-maintained. The overall setting is nice and open. With better responsiveness and emergency support, this place could be much more appealing. For now, it’s a mixed bag.
