Absolutely loved this stay! The hotel is just a 10-minute Uber ride from the airport and only a 10 to 15-minute walk from Oriente Station—perfect for easy access. There’s a large supermarket nearby, so grocery shopping and cooking your own meals is super convenient. The property features both indoor and outdoor pools, and on arrival, we were greeted with delicious mini macarons and homemade muesli from a cheerful staff member who smiled throughout. The apartment-style rooms are well-equipped with a toaster, capsule coffee machine, washing machine, and even cookware including a stovetop (induction or halogen—I’m not sure which). We picked up some groceries and cooked simple meals, which was such a nice change from eating out every night. Breakfast was similar in variety to other hotels we’ve stayed at, but it was tasty and satisfying. This trip with my husband was a long-distance getaway, and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions we made. With its excellent service, thoughtful touches, and great value, I’d definitely book again—no matter where this brand is located.

Since it's a private apartment, if you don't have the key, no one can help you get in—so make sure to arrive on time. The host opens the building entrance and hands over the key personally. Once that’s sorted, everything else is excellent: spacious room, spotless cleanliness, well-organized layout, fresh towels, and super-fast Wi-Fi. I really appreciated the privacy—no disturbances, just peaceful comfort. The location is fantastic for exploring local food. Just a 5-minute walk away is Zé da Mouraria 2, a must-visit Portuguese restaurant with generous portions and authentic flavors—perfect for hearty eaters. A great stay overall!

We were warmly welcomed by Diego upon arrival, and despite our check-in time being 4 PM, the team kindly accommodated our group of nine with early access—a thoughtful touch we truly appreciated. A glass of port was waiting for us at the door, and breakfast baskets were thoughtfully provided in both apartments—such a lovely welcome! From booking to check-in, everything was well-organized and communication was prompt and clear. Any questions we had were answered quickly and helpfully. The apartment is incredibly convenient, just a short ride from the airport and only five minutes from the metro station—perfect for exploring Lisbon. Facilities were excellent: comfortable beds, reliable air conditioning in every room, and a clean, welcoming space throughout. We’d definitely recommend this property for families or large groups looking for comfort, convenience, and great value. A fantastic stay all around!

I've stayed in countless five-star hotels, guesthouses, and hostels around the world — but this is the first time I’ve actually skipped a shower because I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the showerhead. Yes, really! That said, overall experience was solid. The price is very reasonable for what you get, and the breakfast spread was surprisingly generous — plenty of fresh fruit, bread, pastries, and coffee. The staff were super helpful when I explained my shower dilemma; they patiently showed me how it worked and even checked back later to make sure everything was okay. Location-wise, it’s well-connected to public transport — just a short ride into central Lisbon. There are great local eateries nearby, and the atmosphere at the hostel is friendly and welcoming. Despite that tiny hiccup, I’d definitely consider staying here again if I’m back in Lisbon. Great value and a memorable stay.
