Breakfast could’ve been better—limited options, mostly basic dishes with few fresh fruits available during this season. The elevator system doesn’t allow floor selection, so mornings were a bit frustrating with long waits. Some facilities feel outdated, but the staff more than made up for it. On our last night, we had a late flight, and they kindly granted us an extended check-out without any hassle. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. If you value convenience, comfort, and good service, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

I stayed here during a conference, so rooms were fully booked and the price was on the higher side—around $300 per night. That said, aside from the cost, everything else was excellent. The staff went above and beyond with their service—friendly, prompt, and genuinely helpful. The facilities are top-notch: modern gym, well-maintained pool, and clean, stylish rooms. The view from the window is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset when you can see the entire Santiago skyline. The only downside was breakfast—it felt a bit lacking in variety. There weren’t many options, and despite what other guests mentioned, I didn’t see any cherries at all. Just basic fruits like apples and bananas. Still, considering the overall experience, the location, the comfort, and the service, it’s definitely worth it for the right occasion.

Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, but the highlight was lunch at Tramonto restaurant—rich flavors paired with breathtaking views of the Gran Costanera Center skyline. It’s rare to find such a peaceful retreat right in the heart of Santiago. This place truly offers the ideal escape without leaving the city.

Absolutely stunning hotel — I loved every single detail! Stayed in room 1803 on the 18th floor, and the view of the Andes and Santiago cityscape was breathtaking. Every morning felt like a treat just looking out the window. The cleanliness is top-notch, and while breakfast offered limited hot options, the fresh fruits and excellent selection of cheeses more than made up for it. The on-site restaurant was fantastic — delicious food and a great wine list to match. I also enjoyed relaxing in the warm rooftop pool on the 20th floor and using the well-equipped fitness center. Staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. Perfect location, unbeatable service, and an overall experience that exceeded expectations. I’d gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago.
