I booked this motel based on a high rating I saw on the platform, but honestly, it was extremely misleading. They claimed they could only fix the fridge and tap the following week. We asked for a refund, but were denied outright. The staff offered zero empathy or real solutions. This place is poorly managed, and the overall experience was awful. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, not even as a last resort.
