The location is unbeatable: just a 7-10 minute walk from Hankou Railway Station. Once you exit the station, head left and you’ll spot the hotel straight ahead—it’s very easy to find. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom had no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was fresh and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight—great variety with plenty of options to choose from. The only minor downside is that the twin room lacks natural light and feels a bit dim during the day, but honestly, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. For the price and convenience, this place offers excellent value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Wuhan.

There were plenty of parking spaces available, and it was just a 5-minute walk to the hospital—extremely convenient when you're traveling with kids. Check-in did require a bit more paperwork since we had a minor with us, but the staff were patient, clear, and reassuring throughout the process. We felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. One major plus: there’s on-site parking right at the entrance, which is super convenient for those driving. However, if you're arriving by car, don’t just type in the hotel name directly into your GPS—doing so will lead you down a narrow alleyway that’s tricky to navigate. Instead, aim for the hotel entrance from Zhangzhidong Avenue to avoid confusion. Also worth noting: not all rooms have river views. I booked a non-riverside room on my first day, but after upgrading and requesting a riverside view for my second night, the view was absolutely worth it. So definitely specify ‘riverside view’ when booking. Overall, the hotel delivers excellent value with its location, service, and comfort—highly recommend for travelers visiting Wuhan.

The name says it all—the ambiance is elegant, refined, and warmly inviting, blending sophistication with comfort. The room layout is smart, the furnishings high-quality, and the view from the window opens up to the heartbeat of the city. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond. A friendly front-desk attendant not only helped carry my luggage upstairs but also patiently re-arranged my room to one I was truly happy with. Even better, welcome fruits and a little pack of monkey head mushroom cookies were waiting in my room—a sweet touch that made me smile. The next day, after running errands until 3 PM, I returned exhausted, only to find my phone dead and unable to check in due to a queue at the front desk. I was frustrated and drained, just wanting to collapse into my room. Then I noticed a calm, clear-eyed staff member—later learned to be the assistant manager, Xiao Li—who kindly listened to my situation.
