Despite being around for years, the hotel doesn’t feel outdated at all—the rooms and public areas are well-maintained and fresh. The staff are attentive and genuinely helpful, going the extra mile without being pushy. Breakfast is a highlight—wide variety, excellent quality, and great value for money. One of the coolest touches? Food delivery arrives via robot—super convenient. And if your meal gets cold, the room comes with a microwave so you can reheat it right away. One small note: although smoking is clearly prohibited indoors, there was still a faint lingering smoke smell near the lounge seating and restrooms in the lower lobby area. It might be worth improving the ventilation system or relocating the seating to a better-ventilated space, such as the atrium area. Overall, the hotel delivers on comfort, service, and convenience—excellent value for money and a great location. I’d definitely come back.
