The gym is well-maintained and equipped with modern facilities, ideal for staying active during your trip. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, genuine hospitality—always smiling, helpful, and attentive. Our room was thoughtfully designed with everything we needed: a mini-fridge, a safe, a brand-new kettle, and most importantly, an Illy coffee machine that made our mornings feel extra special. Honestly, it felt like home away from home, especially after staying at a more basic hotel in Devon, UK. If you're planning a visit to Madrid, this hotel should be at the top of your list. Highly recommend it!

We had dinner there every night for our three-day stay, and each meal was delicious. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was cozy, and the whole experience felt warm and welcoming. The real highlight is the unbeatable location—situated right between two metro stations (Gran Via and Sevilla), with a bus stop just outside the door. It’s only a 3-minute walk to Primark, and you can reach Plaza Mayor, along with the famous Bear and Strawberry Tree monument, in under 15 minutes on foot. Perfect for exploring Madrid’s city center without needing a car. Great value, excellent convenience, and a top choice for travelers who want both comfort and accessibility.
