NH Madrid Ribera del Manzanares

Staying at NH Madrid Ribera del Manzanares was an absolute delight. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; even with my limited Spanish, using a translation app made communication smooth and stress-free. The hotel’s location right by the river is unbeatable—lush greenery along the banks, peaceful walks in the morning or evening, and charming outdoor cafes where you can enjoy a coffee while watching the world go by. It’s such a refreshing change from city life. The overall experience was top-notch, and I’d definitely return. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, friendly service; they were always ready to help and made us feel truly welcome. Location-wise, it’s perfect: just a 10-minute walk to a local supermarket, and even closer to a wide variety of restaurants—from authentic Spanish tapas to international cuisine. NH Madrid Nacional

Staying at NH Madrid Nacional was a great experience overall. My standard room faced the inner courtyard, which made it wonderfully quiet—perfect for a good night’s sleep. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk to the city center and major attractions, making it super convenient for exploring Madrid. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and well-prepared, definitely one of the highlights. A small downside: no complimentary bottled water in the room, and slippers had to be picked up at the front desk, which felt a bit inconvenient. The on-site restaurant serves solid meals with a nice atmosphere—slightly pricier than nearby options, but if you're tired after a day of sightseeing and just want a relaxed, comfortable meal without having to search for a place, it's a solid choice. Unfortunately, there are no special discounts for guests, which would’ve been a nice touch. Still, considering the location, comfort, and breakfast quality, this hotel offers strong value for money and comes highly recommended.

NH Madrid Chamberi

Staying at NH Madrid Chamberi was a fantastic experience overall. The room was spotless and meticulously kept, with fresh linens and towels changed daily—great attention to cleanliness. The only hiccup came on the third day when the shower stopped working, but the staff responded promptly by arranging a room change without delay. That kind of quick, professional service really stood out. Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the metro station, making it easy to explore Madrid on foot or by public transit. The neighborhood is full of lively bars, cozy cafés, and one standout pizzeria that served some of the best pizza I’ve had in Spain. Authentic, flavorful, and worth a visit. All in all, this hotel offers excellent value, great service, and a central spot—highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in Madrid.

Hotel Catalonia Gran Via Madrid

This recently renovated hotel offers a clean, comfortable stay with a great location. Despite having 7 floors and somewhat old-fashioned elevators, they work perfectly fine and don’t hinder the experience at all. The real highlight is the unbeatable location—situated right between two metro stations (Gran Via and Sevilla), with a bus stop just outside the door. It’s only a 3-minute walk to Primark, and you can reach Plaza Mayor, along with the famous Bear and Strawberry Tree monument, in under 15 minutes on foot. Perfect for exploring Madrid’s city center without needing a car. Great value, excellent convenience, and a top choice for travelers who want both comfort and accessibility.
