The Radisson Sonya Hotel in Saint Petersburg offers a solid experience overall. The location is convenient, with easy access to the city center via public transit. Breakfast options are somewhat limited but include basic staples that satisfy a morning meal. What really stands out is the excellent soundproofing—despite facing a busy street, the room remains remarkably quiet. The exterior walls are impressively thick, around 1 meter, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere. The room also comes equipped with an iron and ironing board, making it easy to freshen up clothes before heading out. It's a well-designed hotel with great value for the price.

I absolutely loved my stay at 3 Mosta Hotel in Saint Petersburg! Everything about the experience was excellent. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short metro ride from the city center, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and super comfortable, with a great bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. Noise insulation is impressive, so peace and quiet were maintained throughout the night. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I was especially happy with the value for money—the included breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. It's a top choice for anyone visiting Saint Petersburg, and I’d definitely book here again.

I was genuinely surprised by how spacious and clean the room was—definitely larger than I expected for a city-center hotel in St. Petersburg. The design has a nice artistic touch, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Location is excellent: just a short walk from the metro station, making it super easy to explore the city without hassle. What really stood out was the great value for money—this place offers comfort, convenience, and style at a price that’s hard to beat. I absolutely loved my stay at the Grand Chajkovskij Hotel, especially room 206. The space was spacious and immaculately clean, with high ceilings that added a luxurious feel. Large windows flooded the room with natural light—perfect for waking up to a bright morning. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the whole experience warm and personal. What stood out most was the quietness—no noise from neighboring rooms or the street, which was crucial for me since I value peace and restful sleep. I felt completely relaxed throughout my visit. This hotel offers exceptional comfort and tranquility, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful yet elegant retreat in St. Petersburg.

We always stay at Baltiya Hotel whenever we visit St. Petersburg, and it never disappoints. The location is excellent—just a short walk from major attractions and public transit. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly, making every visit feel personal and welcoming. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a nice balance of modern amenities and classic charm. The service stands out—always proactive, helpful, and genuine. It’s not just a hotel; it feels like a home away from home. We’ll definitely be back.

I stayed at the Liteiny Hotel for three days during a work trip, and honestly, I couldn’t have found a better place. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations—price, quality, staff, cleanliness, and amenities were all top-notch. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short metro ride from the city center, making it easy to explore or commute. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern touches. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. It’s rare to find a place that blends comfort and practicality so perfectly—this stay was truly pleasant and productive. We booked a weekend stay in St. Petersburg with friends from September 23 to 25, 2022, through the app simultaneously. The total price including breakfast came to around 12,000 rubles—comparable for both our side and theirs. However, upon arrival, we were assigned room 306 while our friends got room 202. To our surprise, their room was clearly a superior luxury option at the same price, while ours was only a semi-luxury room. Their room was spotless and beautifully furnished—truly impressive. Our room, on the other hand, was in terrible condition: worn-out furniture, wrinkled curtains, broken outlets, and overall poor upkeep. We approached the front desk asking for a room change, but instead faced an unhelpful staff member who refused any adjustment and stated no refund was possible. It felt like being taken advantage of. Visiting such a stunning city should be joyful, not ruined by this kind of experience. With the price paid, there are definitely better options available. We strongly advise against staying here and would not recommend it to anyone.

Staying at Sonata na Mayakovskogo Guest House was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center and easily accessible by public transit. The room itself felt like a cozy retreat: thoughtfully decorated with a great sense of style, clean beyond expectations, and equipped with high-quality bedding and an abundance of pillows for ultimate comfort. I slept so well, it felt like a true reset after a long day. The small kitchenette was a real bonus—I brewed my own coffee each morning and enjoyed a quiet breakfast in the peaceful space. A huge thank you to Natalia for her warm hospitality and genuine smile—it truly made the experience special. The entire team showed excellent attention to detail and care. This place feels more like staying with friends than a hotel. Highly recommend for travelers who value charm, cleanliness, and personal service. Would definitely return.

Staying at this boutique hotel was an absolute delight. Nestled in a stunning historic mansion, it's perfectly positioned just steps away from major attractions while still feeling peaceful on a quiet street. The room was immaculately clean, with crisp white linens and fresh towels that made every moment feel luxurious. It’s rare to find such charm, comfort, and convenience all in one place—truly a hidden gem in St. Petersburg. I’ll definitely be back.

The staff at Russ Hotel were absolutely wonderful—warm, welcoming, and attentive. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and warmly heated, making it a perfect retreat after a long day exploring St. Petersburg. Daily cleaning ensured everything stayed fresh and tidy. Bathroom amenities were thoughtfully provided, and there was a water cooler on the floor for easy access to drinking water. I had requested a warm blanket during booking, and they kindly honored that request—perfect for those chilly evenings. The crisp white linens paired with a soft, fluffy duvet made for an incredibly comfortable night’s sleep. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: right next to shops, cafes, and the metro station, so getting around the city is super convenient. This hotel offers exceptional value and hospitality—highly recommend for any traveler visiting St. Petersburg.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of St. Petersburg, making it easy to explore the city by metro. The rooms themselves are decent—recently renovated with intact furniture, which is a plus. However, the experience quickly turned frustrating. We booked upgraded rooms but were initially offered standard ones and had to wait half an hour to get settled. Cleaning only happened after four days, and we weren’t even allowed to leave our luggage at reception. We were told the upgraded rooms were “in another hotel,” despite the website clearly listing them as part of the same property—though with separate entrances. Later, they claimed they couldn’t watch our bags because the manager wouldn’t be around. The manager, Tamara, was inconsistent, hung up mid-conversation, and created unnecessary drama. Overall, this wasn’t a hotel—it felt more like dealing with an unprofessional operation where guests are treated like a burden. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The service, attitude, and communication were all severely lacking.

Staying at Ermitage Hotel was an absolute delight, especially due to its unbeatable location. Just steps from the hotel, you can walk straight to the Winter Palace side entrance—no long queues, just quick and easy access. The Hermitage Museum is literally around the corner, and even the Church of the Savior on Blood is within a pleasant 10-minute stroll. For those who love city walking, exploring Kazan Cathedral on foot is a perfect way to soak in the charm of St. Petersburg. Right outside the door, there’s a convenient supermarket for snacks and essentials, making daily needs super easy. The neighborhood feels quiet yet central—ideal for travelers who want both comfort and accessibility. This hotel truly offers the best of both worlds: proximity to top attractions without the hassle. I’d definitely book here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
