Later that evening, after shopping, I bought some rice wine and called to ask if there was a fridge available to store it. Instead of just saying no, the front desk sent over a little portable refrigerator courtesy of a kind staff member. It was such a small gesture, but it made the whole experience feel personal and special. From the welcoming atmosphere to the attention to detail, this place truly exceeded expectations.
