Staying at New York Hilton Midtown was an absolute delight! The upgrade to room 3306 was a wonderful surprise—spacious, comfortable, and exactly what I hoped for. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and patient—way better than last year’s experience. When the suite with the king-sized bed was unavailable upon arrival, they quickly found a great alternative and even arranged for my preferred room the next day without any hassle.
