Our 3-night stay at Torel Avantgarde in Porto was absolutely unforgettable! The location is perfect—just a short walk from Ribeira Square, the viewing platforms, and the famous Douro River bridges. Each room has a unique theme, making the experience feel fresh and artistic. The hotel’s modern design is incredibly photogenic—every corner is a great spot for pictures. While breakfast options were limited, everything was fresh, delicious, and satisfying. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, with smart, stylish uniforms that added to the overall vibe. We appreciated the detailed explanations about the facilities like the outdoor pool and sauna—even though we didn’t get to use them, it was nice to know they were available. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was warm and efficient. If we ever return to Porto, this will be our first choice. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay!

The room isn’t huge, but it’s beautifully designed and spotlessly clean—perfect for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the amazing service from Inese, the PR manager. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us warmly, gave us a thorough tour of the hotel’s amenities, and even helped us book a local Porto restaurant through a personal call—she knew exactly where to go and shared great tips on nearby attractions you can reach on foot. Our conversation was so pleasant and genuine, it felt like chatting with a friend who truly cares about your experience. The rest of the staff were equally friendly and helpful. And the breakfast? Absolutely outstanding—fresh, delicious, and full of local flavors. I’d definitely come back here if I ever visit Porto again. A truly memorable stay.
