Staying at Wanderlust was an absolutely flawless experience—truly deserving of a perfect 10. Right after landing, we realized we’d left our laptop in a taxi, and since we paid cash, there was no receipt or license plate to go on. It seemed hopeless—but the front desk team, especially Paru, stepped in with incredible dedication. She took down the taxi company name, spent over an hour following up, and ultimately helped us recover our laptop. That kind of service goes beyond expectations. The hotel itself is super convenient too—right next to the ice machine and laundry room, which made life so much easier during our stay. The room was immaculate, clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. Everything about this place felt thoughtfully designed for guests. From the warm hospitality to the practical amenities, every detail contributed to a truly memorable stay. I’ll definitely be returning. Huge thanks to Paru—your kindness made all the difference. Staying at Ann Siang House was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—right next to a MRT station and just steps away from bustling hawker centres, with trendy cafes and food streets all around. In Singapore, the room size is generous and the interior design is both modern and cozy, making it feel like home. Check-in was smooth, and the stay was thoroughly enjoyable. I made it a point to visit the ground-floor lounge daily—the complimentary drinks and snacks were a lovely touch and truly appreciated. The staff are attentive and friendly overall, but there was one particular tall, slender female employee who seemed a bit preoccupied and didn’t seem fully happy. Hope she’s doing well. Despite that small note, the experience was outstanding. With such a prime location, great amenities, and warm hospitality, this place offers incredible value. I’ll definitely be back.

It wasn’t anything fancy, but it was the kindness behind it that truly mattered. The room was serene and perfect for relaxation. A small suggestion: more coffee pods and tea options would be great—there were only four of each, so we had to keep calling for refills. Other than that, everything was excellent. I already know I’ll be back next Christmas for a family gathering. This place has a special charm and delivers on comfort, care, and value.

The restaurant staff were exceptional: friendly, professional, and effortlessly switched between English and Chinese, always with a warm smile. The hotel is very convenient for getting around—right next to the CC line, not far from DT line, and there's also a bus stop nearby. I walked to the National Museum and Fort Canning Park easily, which made exploring the city a breeze. Room service was solid: fresh toiletries and towels were provided daily, and housekeeping came by regularly. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning ran a bit too cold, and the blanket was on the thin side—though we didn’t request an extra one, so it wasn’t a big deal. By the last few days, I just turned off the AC and slept fine. Overall, this place offers great value and a comfortable stay in a fantastic location—definitely recommend for travelers who prioritize convenience and cleanliness.

Located in a convenient spot, it's just a short subway ride away from downtown Singapore, and there are plenty of dining options and shopping spots nearby. I did notice the price has gone up recently, but considering the excellent location, quality service, and overall experience, it still delivers great value. If I'm back in Singapore, I’d definitely book here again.

What stands out most is how close it is to Merlion Park—just a 20-minute walk, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The staff are attentive and professional, always ready to help without being overbearing. While the suitcase barely opens halfway, it’s a small trade-off considering the great location, cleanliness, and overall value. Definitely recommend for travelers who prioritize convenience and a clean, hassle-free stay.
