The elevator was out of service for three of our five days, which made getting up and down a bit of a challenge, but the staff were understanding and helpful throughout. Inside, the room was generously sized for a city-centre property, featuring a fully equipped kitchenette, ample storage, high-quality linens and towels, premium toiletries, and a spacious bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower. The team went above and beyond when my husband’s golf bag arrived ahead of us from the US—they held it safely at reception until we checked in. While parking is a bit far and loading/unloading isn’t ideal, following the front desk’s instructions gets you a discounted rate at the recommended garage. Best of all? Public transport options—including airport shuttles, subway, and train services—are literally within a few blocks, so there’s no need to rent a car even if you’re exploring beyond the city. Overall, the experience was excellent value for money, and we’d absolutely stay here again on any future trip to Glasgow.
