The cancellation was confirmed at 1:58 PM, leaving us stranded with no support or compensation. This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable, especially so close to check-in time. We were left scrambling for alternative accommodations with zero assistance. Extremely disappointing experience — not only did we lose our booking, but we also faced significant stress and inconvenience. I cannot recommend this property to anyone.
