We arrived quite late, but the staff were incredibly proactive and welcoming right from the start—check-in was smooth and they even offered helpful tips about the area. Unfortunately, due to our tight schedule, we didn’t get a chance to explore the hotel’s other facilities, but that didn’t take away from how comfortable the room was. The bed was cozy, the ambiance calm, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. Location-wise, it’s perfect—just a short walk from Sakuragi-cho Station, making it super easy to access downtown Yokohama or the train lines. For the price, this place offers exceptional value. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Yokohama—it’s a solid choice for travelers who want convenience and comfort without the fuss.

Breakfast was delicious—especially the Japanese-style set meal with fresh ingredients—but it did repeat daily, so variety could be improved. Still, the quality more than made up for it. With great location, clean rooms, and excellent service, this hotel offers real value. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Yokohama.

The two restaurants on the second floor are fantastic—great quality, unique vibe, and definitely worth a visit. I also appreciated how close we were to a large supermarket, making it super convenient to grab fresh seafood for a quick meal. Everything about this stay was seamless: comfort, convenience, and value. Highly recommend this spot if you want a central yet relaxing base in Yokohama.

A quick 5-minute stroll gets you to Don Quijote and a 100% coffee shop, while the nearest major shopping destination, Takashimaya, is just around the corner. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible service from front desk staff, especially Ms. Kawakami. She went above and beyond to help us recover our lost passport and backpack by coordinating with the subway station—truly lifesaving! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with a calming vibe. Everything about this place—from convenience to hospitality—was top-notch. If you're visiting Yokohama, this hotel is a must-book.

Breakfast is a highlight: a wide variety of options, both Western and Japanese-style, so there's something for everyone. I also appreciate the free self-service coffee available throughout the day—perfect for a morning boost. Plus, the front desk offers complimentary skincare products and toiletries, which is super handy when traveling light. It's a fantastic balance of value, convenience, and quality—definitely my go-to choice in Yokohama.

This is the only hotel in my entire trip that truly deserves a perfect 10/10 rating, and its location is simply unbeatable. I actually changed my entire Tokyo itinerary just to stay here—worth every penny. Special thanks to a front desk staff member who speaks Chinese; she helped me rearrange my room booking seamlessly during the Japanese New Year period when our preferred deluxe twin room was fully booked for two nights. We were temporarily moved to a standard twin room, then smoothly switched back—no stress at all. The hotel’s location is fantastic: right next to a FamilyMart, and it’s less than a 2-minute walk to both JR East Exit and Keikyu Line ticket gates. From here, you can easily reach most cities across the Kanto region. The station underground features a huge shopping arcade, and just behind the hotel is another major mall with everything from pharmacies and cosmetics to dining and shopping—everything you need is literally steps away. For first-time visitors, it's easy to get confused: if you exit through the JR Central Arcade gate, look for the sign pointing to 'East Exit,' then follow the path past a large mural on the wall. Take the escalator down, turn left, walk along the left side until you see the sign 'Kita Higashiguchi A.' Ride the elevator up, cross the small bridge, and there you are—FamilyMart and the hotel are right in front of you. Simple, clear, no confusion. This place offers incredible value and convenience. I’ll definitely be back.

Even though the room is on the smaller side, it’s well-designed with smart space utilization, so it still feels comfortable and cozy. One of the standout features is the self-service laundry area on the second floor, complete with washers and dryers—huge plus for longer stays or business travelers. There are also two vending machines (for drinks and ice), plus a microwave, which made daily life super easy without having to go out. With its unbeatable location, excellent value, and thoughtful amenities, this hotel is definitely a top pick for anyone visiting Yokohama.

I stayed here because of a concert event, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff at the lobby were all incredibly kind—when I was heading out to the venue, one of them even said, 'Have a great time, enjoy yourself!' with such a warm smile. It really made my day. I also appreciated being able to store my luggage, which was super convenient since I didn’t want to carry everything around. The location is perfect for events—it’s just a short ride away from the concert hall via public transit. Everything about this stay felt thoughtfully designed for guests. If I ever have another show in Yokohama, I’ll definitely book here again. Highly recommend!
