Noise from the upper-floor guests. I was woken up multiple times by footsteps starting as early as 7 a.m., lasting over an hour before they even left the flat. At night, the same disturbance continued, making it impossible to fall back asleep. It’s incredibly disruptive. Inside, cleanliness is a major concern—dead flies were visible near the bed, spiders were scurrying around the kitchen area, and the dishes, cookware, and cabinets were visibly dirty, with greasy residue on surfaces. The carpet had a musty smell, likely due to poor ventilation. I’m not sure if it was bed bugs or dust mites, but I did notice several bites on my legs. The bathroom and shower area are extremely cramped—once inside, there’s barely enough room to move. Thankfully, the hot water worked well.
