The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful and well located—very convenient for getting around Seville, especially with easy access to public transit. However, the experience took a major turn for the worse when we tried to extend our stay by one night. We called ahead and were told by the staff on the phone that it wouldn’t be a problem—we just needed to confirm upon arrival. When we arrived and made the call again, a different employee informed us that the room had already been reassigned to another guest and we’d need to leave immediately. That was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. It’s one thing to make a verbal agreement, but then go back on it without warning—especially after giving guests the impression they could stay. This kind of inconsistency undermines trust completely. I hope the team addresses communication issues and ensures that future guests aren’t left stranded like we were.

Staying at Slow Suites Setas was an absolute highlight of my trip to Seville. The apartment is perfectly located right in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the iconic Metropol Parasol (Las Setas) in Plaza de la Encarnación—location couldn’t be better. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how thoughtfully equipped the space was: full kitchenware, high-quality bathroom amenities, a closet outside the bedroom, iron and ironing board, fresh towels, cozy duvets, and two pillows per bed—everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The room has a small balcony facing the street, plus reliable air conditioning. The living area is spacious and bright, with a large window overlooking Plaza del Cristo Burgos, offering a stunning view of the Metropol Parasol. It’s completely soundproofed, which made it peaceful even during busy times. The bathroom was clean, roomy, and well-maintained. Honestly, this is hands-down one of the best accommodations I’ve stayed at in Seville. It’s light-filled, airy, and just across from the beautiful Church of San Pedro. The only minor hiccup was the automated check-in process, which felt a bit confusing at first—but two incredibly helpful staff members were on hand to guide me through everything smoothly. Overall, a fantastic experience. I’d absolutely book here again without hesitation.

This year, we stayed on the top floor with rooftop access at Corral de San José—a fantastic spot! The location is unbeatable, just steps from iconic landmarks, while the courtyard offers a peaceful retreat from the bustling old town. The apartment is wonderfully sunny (full south-facing), spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Regular cleaning, fresh linens, and towels are provided without fail, and the administrative team’s prompt WhatsApp support is genuinely appreciated. They respond instantly and handle any request efficiently. Just a heads-up: weekends can get busier, so patience is key. Overall, an exceptional stay—thank you for everything!

The property is clean and well-located, just a short walk from the city center—perfect for exploring Seville on foot. However, there are several issues that affected my stay. There was a strong, unpleasant musty smell throughout the room, almost like damp pipes, which was really off-putting. The toilet paper was extremely scarce and of poor quality—barely enough for three nights. The towels were old, worn out, and not very absorbent. Also, accessing the kitchen meant passing through a bedroom, which felt awkward and compromised privacy. While the price point is reasonable, these shortcomings significantly impacted the overall experience. It’s a decent option if you’re budget-conscious, but not ideal for comfort or convenience.

Despite that, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Seville’s downtown area. The location is unbeatable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The apartment was absolutely beautiful—ours was the NOA V unit with two bedrooms, located at the back, which made it wonderfully quiet and perfect for a restful night's sleep. The place was spotless, and we appreciated the little touches upon arrival like bottled water and coffee. The beds were exceptional—something we’re quite particular about—and the comfort level was outstanding. Common areas such as hallways, elevators, and stairwells were impeccably clean. The check-in experience was excellent, with clear and helpful explanations from the staff. One minor note: the pool is quite small—only about 2m by 4m with a depth of just 1m—so it’s more for cooling off than swimming. While the price is on the higher side, the overall quality justifies it. Honestly, it’s worth every penny for the comfort, cleanliness, and peaceful location.
