The staff were friendly enough, but the apartment didn’t match what was advertised—specifically, there was no crib or parking as promised. On the first night, they claimed it was temporarily unavailable; on the second, they simply didn’t have it at all. I was told this wasn’t their fault, but rather an issue with the booking platform—yet they refused to cancel my reservation or issue a refund. So I ended up wandering through Seville’s historic center at 8 PM with two babies, a stroller, luggage, rain, and cold weather, desperately searching for an empty parking spot—total chaos. This kind of misleading accommodation is frustrating, especially for families. Also, the streetlights outside were incredibly loud and bright—no matter how tightly I closed the curtains, the glare and noise made it feel like they were right in the living room. Definitely not recommended if you’re looking for peace and comfort. Be careful with places that prioritize volume over quality.

We stayed here as a family, and the apartment was brand new with a very well-thought-out layout. Everything we needed was there—microwave, fridge, TV, and even an induction stove, which made cooking super easy. The only small thing missing was a few towels, but honestly, that didn’t affect our stay at all. It’s located in a great spot—just a 10-minute walk or short metro ride from Seville’s main attractions. Super convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable, modern home base while visiting Seville.

Staying at San Marcos Apartamentos was a fantastic experience in Seville. The apartment is perfectly located just outside the historic city center, yet everything—like major attractions, restaurants, and shops—is within easy walking distance. It’s tucked away on a quiet, charming little street, housed in a cozy, well-maintained townhouse with two floors. The ground floor features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, and a private patio in a peaceful inner courtyard—ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The second floor has two rooms with five single beds (two singles and three more), plus a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. Everything was spotless, and the white granite flooring looked stunning and very high-quality. The host was incredibly welcoming and friendly—she went out of her way to make us feel at home. We’d definitely return! One minor downside: we only had two small towels for four guests, which we noticed late at night; it wasn’t a big issue but could be improved. Also, the Wi-Fi signal was weak in some areas, so streaming or video calls were a bit unreliable. Still, the overall experience was excellent, and the location and comfort really make up for it. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

The location is quiet yet well-connected, and the apartment itself felt like a home away from home. The apartment was excellent—two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a compact but functional kitchen. It's incredibly convenient to the city center, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The only minor drawback is that one of the rooms is quite small, with two beds but no bedside tables. Despite that, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Seville’s downtown area. The location is unbeatable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We’d definitely book again if we return to Seville.

We were pleasantly surprised by how accurately the property matched the photos. The apartment was absolutely beautiful—ours was the NOA V unit with two bedrooms, located at the back, which made it wonderfully quiet and perfect for a restful night's sleep. The place was spotless, and we appreciated the little touches upon arrival like bottled water and coffee. The beds were exceptional—something we’re quite particular about—and the comfort level was outstanding. Common areas such as hallways, elevators, and stairwells were impeccably clean. The check-in experience was excellent, with clear and helpful explanations from the staff. One minor note: the pool is quite small—only about 2m by 4m with a depth of just 1m—so it’s more for cooling off than swimming. While the price is on the higher side, the overall quality justifies it. Honestly, it’s worth every penny for the comfort, cleanliness, and peaceful location.
