The hostess was absolutely adorable and surprisingly well-organized—definitely different from my preconceived image of Spanish people, haha. I arrived in Málaga early in the morning and she kindly let me store my luggage right away. When check-in time came, she actually carried my bags up to my second-floor room herself—no big deal for her, but it really stood out to me. The three-story guesthouse is beautifully maintained, with a hotel-like vibe: clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. My room had central air conditioning plus a small fan, and a tiny balcony offering views of the street below—perfect for morning coffee or just watching life go by. The shared bathroom means you’ll want to plan your shower times carefully. The only minor downside? A streetlight directly outside my window that stayed on all night—my curtains couldn’t block the warm glow, so I slept under soft light. But it seems other rooms don’t have this issue. Also worth noting: the large courtyard next to the property looks like another hostel, but it’s actually a hospital—don’t accidentally walk in! Overall, this place offers great value, genuine hospitality, and a quiet, comfortable stay in the heart of Málaga.

We stayed at this hotel with a group of friends during our holiday in Málaga, and overall it was a pleasant experience. However, towards the end of our stay, the staff’s attitude became noticeably cold and dismissive. As a group of young women, we felt disrespected when they sent us blunt text messages with no courtesy. The situation worsened when we collected our luggage—the front desk staff were unfriendly and seemed annoyed by our presence, making us feel like an inconvenience. This negative interaction really dampened our otherwise positive impression. It's a shame because the location and accommodations are strong points. We hope the management addresses these service issues, as first impressions matter, and respectful treatment should be standard for every guest.

While there’s no front desk staff to greet guests upon arrival (despite what’s advertised), the team was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and included thoughtful touches like a safe and first-aid kit—perfect for a comfortable stay. Entry is smartphone-based, but the free Wi-Fi works reliably every time we approach the building, so no connectivity issues. Overall, this place stands out as one of the best accommodations we’ve stayed at in Malaga. With its unbeatable location, excellent service, and high-quality amenities, we’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

I stayed here once and already know I’ll be back. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk from the train station along a straight, well-lit path, and it’s just as easy to reach the city center. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet—perfect for a good night’s sleep. It came with a kettle, tea and coffee supplies, plus a mini-fridge, which made everything super convenient. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options, though there could’ve been more fresh vegetables and greens. Still, the overall experience was outstanding. I’d choose this hotel again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Málaga.
