Think sausages, hot dogs, scrambled eggs, small Russian pancakes with cottage cheese, cheese cakes with sour cream, condensed milk, and black currant jam—plus tea, coffee, pastries, yogurt, porridge, and more. Everything tasted homemade and freshly made. The artistic metal staircases and wall installations throughout the floors are truly unique, adding a modern industrial charm to the hotel. I’ve already recommended this place to friends—and if I ever return to St. Petersburg, I’ll definitely come back here.
