The front desk staff spoke fluent English and even arranged early check-in. Midway through our stay, housekeeping came by and noticed we’d taken extra towels—they quietly added three more sets! No additional fees for three guests—such a thoughtful touch. Oh, and the free 1-hour sauna? The common areas are beautifully designed with soft sofas and warm lighting, making it feel instantly like home. Rooms were spotless, staff were polite and attentive, and every interaction felt genuine. If we ever return to St. Petersburg, this will be our first choice again—next time, I’m definitely booking the top-floor room. Rumor has it you can see the church domes from up there, and that view alone would make the stay unforgettable.
