On my last night, I had to check out by 4:30 AM, so I asked ahead if they could prepare breakfast for me to take along. They actually did! When I arrived at the front desk, they noticed me before I even reached them and rushed over to help with my bags. They even walked me all the way down to the door and helped me get a taxi. I was genuinely moved—this level of care is rare. And the location? Perfect. All major sights—Dmitrievsky Cathedral, Kazan Cathedral, St. Isaac’s Cathedral, and the Winter Palace—are within a 5-10 minute walk. Just a 10-minute drive from the train station, and there’s a supermarket right downstairs, plus countless great dining options nearby. Everything is so convenient. Honestly, this hotel has no flaws—it’s simply perfect. If you’re visiting St. Petersburg, don’t even consider anywhere else. This place exceeds every expectation.
