The staff here were absolutely fantastic—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room itself was cozy and spotless, making for a really relaxing stay. That said, there were a few small improvements that could be made: the bathroom could use more storage options—just one towel rack in the shower and a tiny hook on the wall, with no convenient spots near the sink for hand towels. Also, the lack of a working exhaust fan made the space feel humid and stuffy, especially after a hot day. Morning coffee service was disappointing too—it wasn’t available until well past the advertised time, and by the time we arrived at 7:00 AM, it was already gone. Still, these minor drawbacks don’t come close to overshadowing the positives. The pool area is stunning, with incredible ocean views and a peaceful, tropical vibe. Watching the sunset from the terrace was pure magic. This resort truly delivers on ambiance and comfort. We’d definitely come back again—this place has a special charm that’s hard to beat.

The room itself was brand new, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Location-wise, it’s perfect: just a short walk to the waterfront area with great views and plenty of scenic spots to explore. Santa Fe Depot is literally right around the corner, making train trips to Irvine super convenient. Being in downtown San Diego means getting around is easy—whether taking an Uber or hopping on the Trolley, everything is within reach. This hotel offers excellent value, top-notch service, and unbeatable convenience. I’ll definitely be back!
