From securing a special table for our group at breakfast to the flawless service during the evening happy hours—when we chose to stay in the hotel’s restaurant, tired but wanting to stay together—everything was handled with care and professionalism. I was lucky enough to be assigned to a newly renovated room: spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The cleanliness was outstanding, and every staff member I interacted with was kind and attentive. It was such a positive and welcoming experience overall. If you're looking for comfort, top-notch service, and a great location in São Paulo, this hotel is an excellent choice. I especially want to thank the team for making our group feel so valued and well taken care of.
