Staying at Allure Moema Apartment was an absolutely wonderful experience. I visited São Paulo for the Expo, and this apartment hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic—quiet, clean, and very safe. Within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find a large shopping mall with everything you need. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and incredibly peaceful. I especially appreciated the on-site gym and quiet work zone, perfect for handling business or just relaxing. The staff were outstanding—kind, patient, and genuinely attentive. When we arrived as foreigners without local currency, they patiently worked with us to resolve payment issues. Later, my backpack was stolen at a restaurant, and I lost all my belongings. The team showed real care and concern, comforted me throughout the ordeal, and even helped connect me with kind locals who returned my passport. They went above and beyond to support me in getting back home safely. I’m so grateful I chose this place. If I ever return to São Paulo, especially for another expo, I won’t hesitate to book here again. A top-tier choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality.

The room is a bit dated but well-maintained and spotless, with a more appealing atmosphere than the photos suggest. The neighborhood feels safe and vibrant, with plenty of dining options and supermarkets nearby. It's conveniently located just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to explore downtown São Paulo. Great value for money, and I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in the city.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The room exceeded all our expectations—spotlessly clean, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was outstanding, with four pillows that made for some of the best sleep we've had in a while. The iron worked perfectly and came in handy for quick touch-ups. The room was thoughtfully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker (complete with coffee, sugar, and filters ready to go!), mini-fridge, and a stylish desk with thoughtful furniture layout. We stayed for three days and appreciated the daily cleaning service—even though towels weren’t changed, it didn’t affect our overall experience. The staff were impeccable: friendly front desk attendants and extremely courteous, helpful valets who went out of their way to assist. Location is excellent—easy access to public transit and major attractions, making our explorations stress-free. Breakfast wasn’t included, but my husband tried a nearby café and really enjoyed it—simple yet delicious. Overall, this place deserves every bit of praise. I’d highly recommend it, and without a doubt, we’ll be back. For me, it’s a perfect 10!

The apartment itself is great, but the support promised by the platform was completely nonexistent. I returned to the unit around 8 PM, only to find the door lock jammed—trapped outside with nothing but the clothes on my back. I stayed stranded for over 17 hours, until noon the next day, with no help or communication in between. Not only did I miss an entire workday, but I also had no access to my belongings and felt truly 'homeless' during that time. The staff finally showed up at 8 AM, but it wasn’t until 1 PM that they managed to open the door. This lack of urgency and basic assistance is unacceptable, especially from a service that claims to offer 24/7 support. It’s hard to recommend this place when such a critical situation was handled so poorly.
