I stayed stranded for over 17 hours, until noon the next day, with no help or communication in between. Not only did I miss an entire workday, but I also had no access to my belongings and felt truly 'homeless' during that time. The staff finally showed up at 8 AM, but it wasn’t until 1 PM that they managed to open the door. This lack of urgency and basic assistance is unacceptable, especially from a service that claims to offer 24/7 support. It’s hard to recommend this place when such a critical situation was handled so poorly.
