Staying at Allure Moema Apartment was an absolutely wonderful experience. I visited São Paulo for the Expo, and this apartment hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic—quiet, clean, and very safe. Within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find a large shopping mall with everything you need. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and incredibly peaceful. I especially appreciated the on-site gym and quiet work zone, perfect for handling business or just relaxing. The staff were outstanding—kind, patient, and genuinely attentive. When we arrived as foreigners without local currency, they patiently worked with us to resolve payment issues. Later, my backpack was stolen at a restaurant, and I lost all my belongings. The team showed real care and concern, comforted me throughout the ordeal, and even helped connect me with kind locals who returned my passport. They went above and beyond to support me in getting back home safely. I’m so grateful I chose this place. If I ever return to São Paulo, especially for another expo, I won’t hesitate to book here again. A top-tier choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality.

I arrived late at night and was left waiting outside the hostel for hours with no staff available to assist. The front desk wasn't open 24/7, which is unacceptable—especially in a city like São Paulo. I've never experienced such poor service anywhere else in the world. No one came to help, no explanation, just silence. The lack of basic hospitality made the entire stay unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially not travelers looking for a safe and reliable option. Very disappointed.

Staying at Club Suites - Aeroporto Congonhas was a mixed experience. The location is excellent—just minutes from Congonhas Airport, making it perfect for early flights or last-minute arrivals. While the room and bathroom were passable, there were visible issues: dusty walls, heavy dust buildup under the bed, and an overall lack of upkeep. The biggest downside? Noise at night. Due to the small size of the rooms and how close they are to each other, every sound from neighboring guests carries through—the creaking of beds, loud conversations, even phone calls. It’s hard to get a good night’s sleep, especially if your neighbors aren’t considerate. Common areas also felt rundown and unclean, far from the clean, well-maintained images seen on the website. If you're in a real pinch—no other options nearby and just need a quick overnight stay—this place might work. But come prepared: bring earplugs, a sleep mask (the windows have no curtains), and manage your expectations. Overall, it’s not a hotel I’d recommend for comfort or quality, but it does deliver on convenience and affordability for desperate travelers.
