The hostel is conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to get around Rio. However, the staff experience was extremely disappointing. When I went to get my stuff, the owner became angry, yelled at me, and used a disrespectful term I won’t repeat. At that point, we left immediately. While the location is good and prices are reasonable, the lack of basic respect and poor communication completely ruined our stay. Not worth it.
