That said, this place feels more like a private apartment rented out than a proper hotel—lacking privacy, consistency, and standard hospitality expectations. As travelers from the U.S., we had higher standards, and our first night here was enough to decide on moving to another accommodation. Fortunately, the team handled the checkout smoothly, refunded our payment without hassle, and remained courteous throughout.
