Stayed from Monday to Friday and was really happy with the location—super convenient, right near Oscar Freire Street, with quick access to metro lines and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The property itself is well-designed, clean, and comfortable, with a good layout and cozy furnishings. The overall room quality and amenities were solid. However, the service from the booking platform left much to be desired. Since the accommodation is located in a residential building without on-site staff, there's no immediate support available when issues arise. Communication with the platform team was slow and limited—mostly via email or phone calls with long response times. It would be great if they could improve responsiveness or add some local assistance. Despite this, the location and comfort make it a decent option for travelers who don’t need round-the-clock service.

Whether you're traveling solo or with a group, this is the ideal spot. I’d recommend it without hesitation—truly one of the best stays I’ve had in Brazil.
