The property has potential, but my stay was quite disappointing. The room wasn’t properly cleaned—stained sheets and cigarette butts on the floor were especially concerning, especially since it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The shower didn’t work at all, which made basic comfort difficult. To make matters worse, the elevator was out of service, so we had to walk up several flights of stairs. Staff seemed untrained and lacked basic customer service skills—responses were slow and unfriendly. Overall, this place really needs a full renovation and better staff management. If improvements aren’t made soon, it’s hard to see how this hotel can compete with others in the area. Definitely not something I’d recommend without major changes.

Had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—especially the bed, which made for a restful night's sleep. Noise insulation is great, so it stayed quiet even during the evening. Located just a short ride from the city center, it’s easy to explore nearby attractions. There are plenty of dining options around, making it convenient for meals. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely recommend this place and plan to stay here again.

The staff were warm, professional, and always attentive to our needs. With a wide variety of shops and well-known restaurants right on-site, everything you need is within walking distance. Whether you're here for shopping, dining, or simply comfort, this hotel delivers on every level. It's truly one of the best places to stay in Chennai.

The stay at this property was disappointing overall. The room was not clean at all—there were visible stains on the bedding, and the bathroom floor had stubborn residue that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. While the location is convenient for nearby attractions like St. Thomas Mount Church and Phoenix Marketcity, the poor hygiene standards make it hard to recommend. I’ve stayed in better-rated accommodations for similar prices elsewhere. If cleanliness isn’t prioritized, it’s unlikely I’ll consider returning or recommending this place to others.
