I booked a room with instant confirmation through the platform at Sai Krishna's Nithyalayam, and honestly, it exceeded all my expectations. Located in a quiet residential area of Chennai, the double-storey apartment feels like a real home away from home. The moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the staff—polite, attentive, and ready to help with luggage and check-in. The room was bright, spotlessly clean, and well-furnished with all essentials: cupboards, bedside tables, lamps, towels, bath mat, trash bin, TV, AC, geyser, and more. The double bed offered excellent comfort with soft pillows and crisp linens—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was clean, hygienic, and had consistent water pressure with basic toiletries provided. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, great for streaming or working remotely. A full-length mirror made getting dressed a breeze. What stood out most was the strong focus on hygiene and safety—the staff wore masks consistently, and sanitizers were available throughout the property. It felt secure and cared for. For a budget-friendly stay, this place delivers a peaceful, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—especially the bed, which made for a restful night's sleep. Noise insulation is great, so it stayed quiet even during the evening. Located just a short ride from the city center, it’s easy to explore nearby attractions. There are plenty of dining options around, making it convenient for meals. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely recommend this place and plan to stay here again.

The stay at this property was disappointing overall. The room was not clean at all—there were visible stains on the bedding, and the bathroom floor had stubborn residue that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. While the location is convenient for nearby attractions like St. Thomas Mount Church and Phoenix Marketcity, the poor hygiene standards make it hard to recommend. I’ve stayed in better-rated accommodations for similar prices elsewhere. If cleanliness isn’t prioritized, it’s unlikely I’ll consider returning or recommending this place to others.
