I only had one day in Beijing and needed a hotel with great transit access, so I chose BEI Zhaolong Hotel, JdV by Hyatt. Right outside the door are the Line 3 and Line 10 metro stations, and transferring to the Capital Airport Express is super convenient. It’s also just a short walk to Pop Mart Park, and surrounded by Sanlitun Taikoo Li—perfect for dining and shopping. Overall, the value for money is excellent. The room has a clean, minimalist design with a spacious king bed that made for a comfortable sleep. The only minor downsides were the small toilet (a bit tight for taller guests) and the showerhead, which felt a bit weak—would be great if they upgraded to a larger flow model next time. All in all, this is an ideal choice for travelers who don’t care about luxury finishes or being right on top of tourist hotspots, but really prioritize easy access to public transport.

Located just steps from Line 10, which is a loop line, getting around the city is incredibly convenient. I originally booked for three days, but after experiencing how comfortable and well-located the hotel was, I extended my stay by five additional days—staying until the very end of my trip. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of comfort, service, and location. If you're visiting Beijing, this hotel should be at the top of your list.

I've stayed here multiple times, and every visit has been consistently clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed. Though it’s been around for years, the property has been thoughtfully updated with modern touches like keycard elevators and robot delivery service—both practical and reassuring. The staff, especially front desk agent Xiao Yang on floor 609, stood out for their genuine warmth and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to accommodate requests without hesitation. The room was spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and comfortable. With its unbeatable location, great cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality, this hotel offers outstanding value. Highly recommended—definitely a place I’d return to.

And if you’re ever hungry, the ground-floor dining area serves up warm, comforting meals anytime — I had a steaming bowl of noodles that hit the spot.
