The room was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained—every detail reflected high standards. Located just steps from Huamao Center subway station, getting there was a breeze. Her warm personality and genuine smile made the entire stay feel welcoming and personal. Since we were traveling with kids, we opted for the executive room, and the executive lounge was a highlight. While not as extensive as the main lobby buffet, the offerings were refined, delicious, and served in a quiet, peaceful setting—perfect for families with little ones. The staff at the lounge went above and beyond to care for our children, making us feel truly at home. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from SKP and China World Trade Center, with dining, shopping, and entertainment all within easy reach. Public transport access is also convenient. One minor note: room soundproofing could be improved—the hallway and neighboring rooms are quite audible. But that’s a small trade-off for such a high-quality stay overall. This hotel delivers luxury, comfort, and excellent service. We’ll definitely be back.

We especially loved the New Year’s Eve atmosphere in the lobby—warm, festive, and beautifully decorated. The Executive Lounge perks were top-notch: great happy hour dinner, delicious breakfast, and a cozy space to unwind. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout—special thanks to Cecilia at check-in and Peter at checkout for their exceptional service. We’ve made this hotel our go-to spot for annual New Year gatherings with friends, and it never disappoints. One small suggestion: the bathroom toilet on the executive floor isn’t smart, so no heated seat or bidet function—this could be improved, especially during colder months. Also, only two bottles of water provided in the room are a bit minimal; while you can request more or grab some from the lounge, having them delivered directly would be more convenient. Still, these minor points don’t take away from the overall excellent experience. This place truly delivers luxury, comfort, and hospitality—highly recommended!

After wandering around Wangfujing for a while, we finally found this hotel—perfectly located, reasonably priced, and best of all, free parking. We both love serviced apartments because of the separate living area and small kitchen, which made our stay feel more like home. The room design was surprisingly thoughtful: a spacious living room, a quiet bedroom, a shower, and even a big soaking tub—despite the central location, the layout felt open and well-organized. Two bathrooms and ample closet space made everything convenient. Dining options were affordable too, perfect for longer stays or family trips. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, with just the right thickness of duvet for the room temperature. The bathrobe was soft and warm—so cozy I almost wanted to take it home! Staff were exceptional; they reached out via WeChat in advance to check if we had any special needs, and check-in/check-out went smoothly and stress-free. One tiny suggestion: after cleaning, could they please switch the showerhead back to handheld mode? I wasn’t planning to shower, but when I turned it on, water came pouring down from the ceiling fixture—my clothes got soaked! Still, that’s just a minor quirk. Overall, the entire experience was magical, especially celebrating the New Year with my daughter. Thank you for such a wonderful memory!

Located just steps from Line 10, which is a loop line, getting around the city is incredibly convenient. I originally booked for three days, but after experiencing how comfortable and well-located the hotel was, I extended my stay by five additional days—staying until the very end of my trip. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of comfort, service, and location. If you're visiting Beijing, this hotel should be at the top of your list.
