While room sizes are typical for NYC, the bedding is surprisingly comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep. Clean, well-maintained, and great value—this place truly delivers. One major plus: free luggage storage after check-out, which made our travel day so much smoother. Even though the hotel faces a police station and you’ll see plenty of patrol cars on the street, it actually adds a sense of security—feeling safe and well-protected. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

The location is excellent—just a short walk to subway stations and all the great shops and restaurants in the Upper East Side. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with friendly staff throughout the stay. The only minor inconvenience was having just one elevator available, but it made sense when I learned the hotel was undergoing renovations in part of the building. That said, it didn’t significantly impact my experience. Overall, this is a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience, comfort, and value in Manhattan.

The breakfast was absolutely outstanding—better than most hotels I’ve stayed at in the U.S. I especially loved the fresh-made omelets, cooked to order with perfect texture and flavor. There were plenty of options, so everyone in my group found something they liked. Located right in the heart of Times Square, everything is within walking distance—shopping, dining, entertainment, and even the subway. The location alone makes it worth it.
