There are two guest elevators and one staff-only elevator, all spacious and well-maintained. What really stood out? I was able to check in as early as 2:30 PM, even though the official check-in time was 4 PM. When I mentioned I’d be leaving at 10 PM, they kindly extended my checkout to 11 PM with zero hassle. That kind of flexibility and warm hospitality makes all the difference. The attention to detail, combined with the prime location and sleek design, makes this hotel a top pick for any future trip to NYC. Definitely booking here again!
