This hotel absolutely deserves a 5-star rating! The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the outlet mall, so we could easily carry our purchases back to the room. Plus, Coles stays open until 11 PM, which totally surprised me and made our trip so much more convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, mostly Chinese-speaking, and I’d guess they offer Chinese service too. The manager was especially helpful—when we asked to check the hidden door mechanism inside the room, she immediately came down to unlock it for us. That kind of attention to detail really stood out. Our room was upgraded, likely to a balcony room, which gave us extra space and a more spacious feel. The design is modern and elegant, with sleek black vertical stripes adding a touch of sophistication. Everything looked brand new, and all appliances worked perfectly. The bed and linens were clean, comfortable, and inviting—great for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom features large-format marble tiles, which are not only expensive but also look flawless. I’ve personally consulted contractors about such tiles before—they’re pricey, but worth every cent. It’s clear this hotel invested heavily in high-end finishes. The shower water pressure was excellent, and the toiletries were top-quality brands—something you don’t always expect at this price point. Noise levels were minimal at night, making it a peaceful stay. I originally booked based on a recommendation from a travel blog, and although I booked late (around 200 SGD), which was pricier than usual, the value was undeniable. For the comfort, quality, and service, it was well worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back.
