Water dispensers are available on every floor, though I noticed the hard water leaves a slight white residue over time—something worth cleaning regularly. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, convenience, and great value. Highly recommend for travelers looking for a relaxed yet vibrant getaway.

The property is conveniently located just a short walk from Plaza la Isla, where you’ll find a great variety of restaurants and shops—perfect for dining and shopping without having to travel far. While the ocean had a fair amount of sargassum seaweed during our stay, which made swimming less ideal, the resort offers several well-maintained pools that were clean, inviting, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall ambiance was calm and welcoming. Despite the seaweed issue, the on-site amenities more than make up for it. We’d definitely return for a more beach-friendly season.

However, this hotel isn’t beachfront and doesn’t have a private sandy stretch, which is a big downside when you’re comparing it to other nearby options. The common areas are far from the main action, and many prime spots are already taken by seaside properties. Service at the front desk felt pretty lackluster—staff barely acknowledged guests sitting there, which made for an unfriendly start. There’s an outdoor pool that’s usable, and the exterior walls of the rooms are vibrant and great for photos. But inside? Not so much. The room size is misleading—advertised at 25 sqm, but with the bathroom included, it’s closer to just 10 sqm. You can’t even fully unpack your suitcase. Plus, the walls between rooms aren’t solid, so conversations carry easily. Cleaning staff also seemed careless—old sheets were removed but never replaced, and overall upkeep was sloppy. Honestly, if you're visiting Cancun and want a good experience, don’t expect too much from typical resort-area hotels like this one. If budget allows, go for an all-inclusive property instead. This one’s not worth it.

The spacious room came equipped with a small microwave and basic kitchenware, making it easy to prepare simple breakfasts on-site. I stayed on the third floor, on the side facing away from the busy four-lane main road, but traffic noise still seeped through—not loud enough to be unbearable, though. The air conditioning worked perfectly and could be adjusted precisely. One minor quirk: the temperature display on the AC unit was so bright that I needed to wear an eye mask at night (and even Oropax didn’t help much!). Other than that, everything was spot-on. Clean, comfortable, well-located, and great staff—highly recommend for travelers who want a quiet, self-catering stay in Cancun.
