The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall ambiance was calm and welcoming. Despite the seaweed issue, the on-site amenities more than make up for it. We’d definitely return for a more beach-friendly season.

Every staff member we met was friendly and attentive—from the front desk to our excursion coordinator Rogelio, the waitstaff, and especially restaurant manager Lisandro and his team including Guadalupe, Silvano, Edwin, Jonathan, and chefs Francisco and Chay. They went above and beyond to make sure every request was met with a smile. Free shuttles connect all four properties in the chain as well as the airport, making travel super convenient. Rooms are generously sized, always fresh-smelling, and the food? Absolutely delicious—every meal felt like a treat. If you're looking for a cozy, well-run all-inclusive escape with outstanding service and great value, this hotel is a must-try.
