Everyone on staff was incredibly kind and attentive. One small suggestion: at breakfast, there’s a photo frame indicating it’s not self-service, but it’s placed in a spot that’s hard to see. When we tried to serve ourselves since no one was around, we were gently reminded it wasn’t allowed—which felt awkward, especially since we later noticed several other guests had the same experience. Also, while items like cream cheese, jam, dulce de leche, butter, and more are available, they’re not clearly displayed or mentioned, so guests might miss them entirely.
