Everything was spotlessly clean—no traces anywhere, even in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout check-in and check-out. It’s rare to find such great value for money. This place is absolutely frustrating. Even local drivers, security staff, and Filipinos couldn’t find it—no clear street number or proper address provided. I paid 2,000 pesos for a taxi ride just to circle around and still couldn’t locate the property. The lack of accurate location details made the entire experience a waste of time and money. I’m seriously disappointed and feel misled. If I don’t get my refund, I’ll involve my lawyer—this isn’t acceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this place, not because it’s hard to find, but because no one in Cebu seems to know where it actually is. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

There was a missing wall tile in the bathroom, which is a small but noticeable detail that could be improved. What really stood out was the pool—clean, peaceful, and perfect for daily swims. I used it every day during my six-night stay, but oddly, no one asked me about the pool access code until my last day. I had already deleted the email with the code, so I had to dig through my deleted messages to find it—a bit frustrating. Despite that hiccup, the value for money and the excellent amenities make this a top choice. Highly recommend!
