We arrived at the hotel by 11:00 AM and were able to check in right away—our luggage was even allowed in the room immediately. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole process smooth and welcoming. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. To welcome us, they provided a small bottle of Prosecco and some delicious Manner waffles—such a thoughtful touch! Located right in the heart of Vienna, it’s super convenient for exploring the city on foot or via public transit. The overall experience was excellent, and we’ll definitely book again.

We stayed at La Scala Apartments in early July with a group of six, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and offered a great balance between comfort and convenience. Its location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore Vienna’s top attractions by foot or public transit. What truly made our stay special was the owner, who speaks Polish and was incredibly friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to assist us with local tips, transportation options, and restaurant recommendations. His warm hospitality really added value to the entire trip. I’d highly recommend this place—not just for the excellent location and quality, but also for the personal touch. I’ll definitely be returning.

Staying at Vintagehome: Apartments by Naschmarkt was an absolute delight. The apartment was perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need—comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It’s ideal for a short getaway but also feels spacious enough for a longer stay without feeling cramped. One standout feature was the fan, which came in super handy during the hot nights when the weather was unbearable. I couldn’t have slept without it! Located just steps away from Naschmarkt, the area is vibrant, full of great cafes, local shops, and restaurants. The whole experience felt authentic and well-organized. If you're looking for a cozy, convenient, and stylish base in Vienna, this place is a top pick. Definitely worth recommending.

This was by far the worst 'premium' apartment I've ever stayed in, and it's frankly embarrassing that these units are even labeled as 'premium.' The property was visibly run-down: grungy tiles, curtains hanging off their rods, broken electrical switches, and furniture that was worn out and partially damaged. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet areas were clearly never properly cleaned—there were stains and grime in places that should’ve been spotless. We raised our concerns multiple times, but the response from the rental team was minimal—just a generic apology with no real action taken. After several calls and emails, they offered either a late checkout or a 10% refund, which we declined. We’re now pursuing further steps to address this experience. Based on what I’ve seen, I strongly advise others to avoid this property. You’ll be left disappointed, not just by the condition of the apartment, but also by the lack of accountability from the management.

My stay was excellent overall! The check-in process was super simple—self-check-in worked perfectly, no waiting around for staff, which was a big plus. I appreciated the convenience of being able to access my room anytime without hassle. The only small downside was the lack of a microwave in the room, but having an induction cooker made up for it—perfect for quick meals like noodles or light cooking. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just a short walk from Vienna Hauptbahnhof, with easy access to U-Bahn, trams, and buses. Everything I needed was within walking distance—supermarkets, cafes, and local shops were all nearby. It’s ideal for travelers passing through or those looking to explore the city center easily. Great value for money and highly recommend for anyone visiting Vienna who wants comfort, convenience, and a stress-free experience.

This hotel is absolutely stunning—every detail is thoughtfully designed, from the entrance to the room décor. The ambiance is unique and sophisticated, making you feel right at home while still feeling like you're in a stylish retreat. The breakfast was delicious and well-prepared, setting a great tone for the day. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and can’t wait to return. A perfect blend of modern design and warm hospitality.

Absolutely loved everything about this place! The location is perfect—everything I needed was within walking distance, from grocery stores and cafes to public transit. The studio apartment itself felt cozy and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the contactless check-in made the whole process smooth and safe. It truly felt like home away from home. For the price, it’s an incredible value—comfortable, convenient, and peaceful. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.

My stay at Hotel Haydn was excellent! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Vienna, just steps from the underground station across the street. It’s only a 25-minute walk to major attractions like St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the Opera House, making it super convenient for exploring the city on foot. The breakfast was solid—fresh, well-prepared, and offered a good mix of hot and cold options to start the day right. Rooms were clean, tidy, and included all the essentials you’d expect from a well-run 3-star hotel. With its central position, great value, and reliable comfort, this place really stands out. I’d definitely choose Hotel Haydn again on my next trip to Vienna.

Staying at Pension Neuer Markt was an absolute highlight of my trip to Vienna. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from major attractions and public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Victoria, who went above and beyond with recommendations for local sights, great dining spots, and even tips on getting around efficiently. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. With such a fantastic location, warm hospitality, and outstanding value for money, this place truly stands out. I’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.

Staying at Hotel Allegro Wien was a great experience overall. The location is unbeatable—right across the street from the subway station, making it super convenient to get around Vienna. As a budget-friendly, no-frills hotel, it delivers exactly what you’d expect: clean rooms, modern amenities, and a straightforward, efficient service. The only minor downside is the breakfast option, which costs €15 and offers limited variety. While it’s not a lavish spread, it’s enough for a quick morning pick-me-up if you’re in a rush. That said, considering the central location and the value-for-money aspect, this small trade-off is totally acceptable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for travelers who prioritize convenience and practicality over luxury. It’s a smart choice for a stress-free stay in the heart of Vienna.

This charming hotel has a bit of history, but it’s impeccably clean and well-maintained. While it’s not located right in the city center, it’s just a short ride away via public transportation—trains and buses run frequently and make getting around effortless. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby, so you can easily pick up snacks or essentials without having to travel far. The breakfast spread is generous and varied, with fresh options that made mornings enjoyable. The front desk staff were warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request. Despite its quiet location, everything feels convenient and thoughtfully arranged. It’s a hidden gem with excellent value—highly recommend for travelers who appreciate charm, cleanliness, and friendly service.

Staying at Hotel Daniel Vienna was a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from Vienna Central Station, making it super easy to get around the city by public transport. I loved that there’s a large park nearby—perfect for a morning walk or relaxing in the fresh air. The hotel itself is spotless and well-maintained, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and modern amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It’s clear they care about guest comfort and satisfaction. I’d absolutely book here again on my next visit to Vienna. Highly recommend for travelers looking for a quiet, convenient, and comfortable base in the heart of the city.
