His professionalism and friendly tone made us feel confident and well taken care of. We arrived early in the morning, and he kindly arranged for us to store our luggage in a secure lock-up area so we could enjoy breakfast and a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood while waiting for the apartment to be ready. When we arrived, Jakob greeted us with a smile—he was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. He took care of our bags, gave us great tips on nearby cafes, and later sent a message confirming the apartment was ready two hours ahead of check-in time. He walked us through how everything worked, shared local insights, and even pointed out where to shop and what to see. The apartment itself was stunning—beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Its central location made exploring the city effortless. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches: a chilled bottle of white wine with two glasses, milk in the fridge, premium ground coffee, a coffee pod machine, a variety of teas and herbal infusions, sugar, and two types of breakfast cereals—all left for us to enjoy. It felt like a personal welcome from the heart. We had an unforgettable trip, and if we ever return to Vienna, we’ll definitely book here again. This is more than just accommodation—it’s a home away from home with exceptional attention to detail.

There was a noticeable infestation of small ants in the kitchen—whenever we started using the space, they would quickly appear, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, nighttime was disrupted by a continuous dragging sound coming from a locked technical room nearby, along with occasional noises from adjacent utility areas. While the price was reasonable and the layout functional, the lack of quietness and hygiene concerns make it hard to recommend. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option and can overlook these details, it might still work—but for a peaceful stay, it's better to look elsewhere.

I especially loved the Bluetooth speaker and the adorable bedside lighting that added a cozy vibe to the space. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the free coffee available in the lobby was a nice touch. A bus ride of about 20 minutes takes you straight to Schönbrunn Palace, so access to top sights is hassle-free. That said, the neighborhood isn’t one of the more affluent areas—some streets are a bit worn down, and there’s a strip club nearby if you walk a short distance. I’d suggest caution for solo female travelers. Rooms facing the street do pick up some tram noise, but it’s manageable with closed windows. Still, I’m a big fan of the Citadines brand—consistent quality, good value, and reliable service. For families looking for comfort and affordability in a central yet quiet spot, this is an excellent choice. I’d definitely stay here again.

We've stayed at a different apartment here back in May and absolutely loved it, so we decided to come back. This time we were in unit 21—spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our needs. The host was friendly and welcoming, and the location is fantastic—just a short walk to the city center and public transit. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. It's hard to find a place this great with such a great value. Definitely coming back!
