The design of the hotel is thoughtfully executed—every detail matters. Even though the room isn’t large, it’s cleverly laid out with smart functionality. Small touches like the blackout curtains that completely block out light, or the subtle cover on the air conditioning control panel, show how much care went into creating a peaceful, home-like atmosphere. This place is fairly new with only a handful of rooms, so it’s still under the radar—but don’t let that fool you. It’s one of the most memorable and value-for-money stays I’ve had in Europe. I was on the top floor, which meant the water pressure wasn’t ideal—showering was a bit tricky due to inconsistent flow, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you’d need for cooking, including laundry pods and dishwasher tablets. There are also basic coffee supplies, though no salt, oil, or tea—something to keep in mind if you’re planning to cook. Bonus points for the ironing board, fan, heater, and heated towel rail—very convenient, especially during colder months. That said, the staircase is steep and narrow, which could be challenging for older guests or those with mobility issues. There’s no elevator, so be prepared to climb a few flights. Overall, this is a fantastic stay for travelers who value location, comfort, and a home-like atmosphere. Highly recommend for couples or solo travelers looking for a quiet, stylish base in Vienna.

The location is convenient for getting around Vienna, and the apartment is well situated near public transit. However, during our stay, we encountered a few issues that affected our experience. There was a noticeable infestation of small ants in the kitchen—whenever we started using the space, they would quickly appear, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, nighttime was disrupted by a continuous dragging sound coming from a locked technical room nearby, along with occasional noises from adjacent utility areas. While the price was reasonable and the layout functional, the lack of quietness and hygiene concerns make it hard to recommend. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option and can overlook these details, it might still work—but for a peaceful stay, it's better to look elsewhere.
