Upon checkout, we received a thoughtful gift set, but there was one thing that concerned me: the hand cream looked exactly like jelly and was stored right next to the snacks. I accidentally inhaled a little of it while on the taxi ride back—seriously freaked out! Thankfully, after checking online, it seemed harmless, and I felt fine by the end of the day. But if a child had eaten it by mistake, that could be dangerous. Definitely recommend switching to a tube-style hand cream instead of the jelly-like packaging for safety reasons. Even with high demand at The Club Lounge, staff still offered gracious, low-bow service to members—such a nice touch. The welcome fruit and breakfast were both delicious and well-prepared.
