Hot water was always available—even late check-in at 2 AM didn’t affect it—and both hot and cold water were easy to adjust at the sink. The elevator on the 7th floor was fast and efficient. What stood out most? Unlimited bottled water provided in the room, plus free hot red date tea served every evening—a lovely touch, especially during chilly nights. Yes, there was a broken TV and the bathroom door couldn’t lock, but since we were here for business travel, the TV wasn’t essential, and we could still close the door securely. Given the late arrival, this might have been a last-minute backup room. Still, the overall experience was excellent—clean, welcoming, and full of little thoughtful details. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking. The Bund skyline is stunning day or night—definitely worth every moment spent by the window. I’ve already taken countless photos and can’t wait to come back.
